Queering the Knight, a five-hour performance exploring the timeless ideals of chivalry through a contemporary queer lens, was featured at The Williamson Gallery in Birkenhead as part of the Material Matters exhibition, Into the Wyld. This thought-provoking work reimagines the iconic knight figure, challenging traditional notions of honor and valor to spark dialogue about gender, sexuality, and societal narratives. Through this reimagining, it invites viewers to reflect on the rich diversity of human experiences, encouraging fresh perspectives on age-old ideals.
